25 Most Loved Summer Finds from Amazon
We’ve been in full summer mode over here… knocking out house projects on weekends, landscaping, enjoying seasonal foods, gardening, hosting & entertaining on the patio, and spending time outdoors, camping and boating… before it becomes unbearably hot here in Utah. Recently, some of my local friends have asked me to share where a handful of my summer things came from. I thought a list of my must-haves and most loved summer items may also be a fun read for the blog. All of these are my tried & true home, outdoor, and summer essentials I own and love from Amazon. I can vouch for these and say they’ll be lasting summer favorites you can enjoy year after year. Click through for my top 25!

Honestly, one of my favorite things is sorting through a sea of junk to find the really good stuff. It’s a little like thrifting. I think that’s why I thoroughly enjoy curating my Amazon storefront. You might also want to check out my 50 Classic Kitchen Essentials from Amazon, or my Outdoor Living & Decor Finds from Amazon. I hope these type of quick scroll posts are both interesting and helpful! I’ve also created review videos for many of these… so I’ll share those, too.

1. Striped Beach Towels
These are the beach towels I landed on for pool and boat days. They’re 100% ring spun cotton, are super soft, absorbent, affordable, and they’ve been really durable. These have also held up well in the washing machine.
2. Outdoor Area Rug
Our patio rug is my favorite! It has a subtle diamond pattern, is durable for outdoor use and full weather exposure, and it has a timeless look. See more of it in my al fresco summer tablescape post recently.
2. Cordless Outdoor Lamps
I just ordered these cordless outdoor lamps and we’ve really been loving them! I use them on our outdoor dining table. They’re more affordable than the designer options and they come in multiple colors!
4. Packable Beach or Concert Chairs
These are our favorite concert chairs. Our go-to outdoor venue requires a low back / beach style chair, so we got these. We’ve been using them for years. They’re lightweight, have storage, and are easy to carry. Obviously great for the beach, too!
5. Packable Sun Hat
I’ve been wearing this hat for almost five summers now. It’s packable, has UVF 50+ protection, a wide brim, and the size is adjustable. I’ve also lost it on the water many times, and it floats for easy retrieval.
6. Garden Hose Storage
I ordered this last summer and it still functions well for us. If you’re looking for an aesthetically pleasing garden hose storage solution, this is it! We drilled extra holes in the bottom for excess drainage, but it has yet to fade. It’s still a rich black color.
7. Nude Nail Polish
I stopped going to the salon because of this nail polish. It’s the perfect nude for summer (and year round, really). It’s non damaging, allergy-friendly, durable, and so pretty.
8. Ribbed Navy Swimsuit
This $30 swimsuit has quickly become the favorite in my closet. It’s comfortable, fits well (has a nice modest, yet flattering cut), is ribbed, fully lined (including bra cups), and comes in a lot of great colors. I got the navy and often wear it as a bodysuit, too.
9. White Outdoor String Lights
Our string lights are over five years old and they perfectly blend with our patio pergola. They’re affordable, durable, and give a simple, yet charming look.
10. Yeti Tundra Cooler
Our Yeti Tundra cooler is over eight years old and has yet to let us down on any adventure or camping trip. Why do I prefer this to other less expensive brands? If you camp, this is bear-rated by NPS / IGBC, so you can use it in place of a bear box (without getting a park citation or ticket).
11. Airhead Life Jacket
When buying life jackets for our boat, we did a lot of research and landed on these neolite Airhead PFDs. So far, they’ve been fantastic… comfortable and easy to clean.
12. Navy Ball Cap
I have two go-to summer ball caps and this is one of them. It’s under $15, comes in lots of colors, and is 100% cotton for a casual, easy summer look. It’s adjustable, too.
13. Monogram Doormat
I bought this after our back patio doormat deteriorated, and I have to say- it rivals our far more expensive similar mats from Pottery Barn- and seems more durable with the rubber edge.
14. Yeti Tumbler
My preferred summer cup… I like that it fits in all of our cupholders, stays cold, and has a lid closure to keep it from spilling while driving or boating. It’s another one of those things I’ve had for years!
15. Solar Stair Lights
Last week, I shared Where to Install Outdoor DIY Solar Landscape Lighting and these have been a game changer. Stair lights have made my life so much easier (and probably safer).
16. Packable Picnic Mat
This packable picnic mat is nice because it’s waterproof (and easy to clean), thanks to a durable backing. We keep it in our car for food truck Fridays, outdoor concerts, and summer festivities. It rolls up with a handle.
17. Porch Light Lantern
I love when friends ask me about our porch light lanterns, and are pleasantly surprised. They were such a good and aesthetically pleasing budget find!
18. Sea Salt Texture Spray
My dermatologist recommended this. It’s allergy friendly, I use it daily on wet hair for texture & volume, it smells like summer in a bottle, works super well (on many hair types), and I never travel without it.
19. Loveseat Camp Chair
The last camping trip we ventured on, there were nine of these circled around the campfire. All of our friends have them, we’ve had ours for almost a decade, and it really is the best camp chair… for couples, kids, or families with dogs!
20. Lounge Set Summer Pajamas
This budget friendly set is under $20, is super soft, and has been my go-to summer pajamas for a couple years now. I made a video for this set, if you want a closer look!
21. Summer Boat Tote
If you’re looking for a budget friendly version of the LL Bean boat tote, this is it. I gave a few of these as gifts last summer… it’s also easy to customize & embroider- and very similar to my beloved Tuesday Made tote, which goes everywhere with me.
22. Juliska Glassware
I recently upgraded our glassware in the kitchen, and while we use these year round… I think this set looks especially charming during the summer season! They’re heavy, high-quality, and dishwasher safe.
23. Garden Obelisk
This is probably my most asked about outdoor item… our garden obelisks really are beautiful. I’ve used them as tomato cages the past few years and they’re still rust-free.
24. Woven Coasters
Woven coasters are an easy summer styling switch, and these are my favorite! They’re low profile, have protective felt on the bottom, and add warmth & texture to any table.
25. Ice Cream Maker
Our ice cream maker is 13 years old and still runs great! Every summer, it gets quite a workout, as we’re constantly making homemade ice cream (my favorite summer treat).

FAQ
I’m so glad! I actually really enjoy making those for things I feel are worth it. You can find all of my review videos here… then toggle to the video tab (feel free to bookmark or pin). I usually share a couple each week.
I have and love this one. It has UVF 50+ protection and comes in a few colors (I have the green).
